Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

BEACH ESSENTIALS
We provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler.
We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. They can also get a full refund within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. If they cancel between 15 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights. If they cancel less than 7 days before check-in, Host will be paid 100% for all nights

Rules

1. Trash Disposal
- Unfortunately, Aruba does not have recycling yet.
- Trash collection days are once a week. Please dispose of trash in the designated bins or dumpsters located outside.
2. Pool Usage:
- The community pools are open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Please adhere to these hours for the safety and consideration of all guests and management.
- No glass containers are allowed in the pool area. Please use plastic or other non-breakable containers.
- Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area. Shower before entering the pool to help maintain water quality.
3. Gym Usage:
- The gym is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please adhere to these hours for the consideration of management.
- Always use a towel, return all equipment to its designated place, and wipe down machines after use.
- Proper workout attire is required—street clothes, swimwear, and bare feet are not allowed. Food, smoking, alcohol, and glass containers are also prohibited.
- Children under the age of 12 are not allowed, children under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the gym.
- The gym is accessible with the gym card or token provided. In the event of a lost gym card, a replacement fee of $100 will be charged to the guest.
4. Tennis Court Usage:
- The tennis court is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please adhere to these hours for the consideration of management. For evening play, a $10 per hour lighting fee applies.
- The tennis court is available by reservation only during management hours: Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
- Reservations for courts and equipment can only be made at the Gold Coast Management Office, located in the Clubhouse where Saliña Local Cuisine Restaurant is also located.
5. Quiet Hours:
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.
- If playing music or watching TV outside, please use headphones or keep the volume at a level that doesn't disturb neighbors.
6. Parking:
- Park only in designated areas. Do not block driveways or park on the grass or sidewalks.
7. Smoking:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vacation home. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts in designated containers and be mindful of others.
8. Guest Limit:
- The maximum number of guests allowed is mentioned. Please inform us in advance if you plan to have additional guests.
9. Pets:
- No pets allowed.
10. Security and Locking:
- Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
- Report any security concerns or issues immediately to VacationAruba.
11. Check-out Instructions:
- Follow the provided check-out instructions for a smooth departure.
12. Emergency Information:
- In case of emergencies, contact Police 100, Fire or Ambulance 911.
13. Unauthorized Early Check-in
- We kindly remind you that unauthorized early check-in is not permitted. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure that every room is meticulously prepared to meet your expectations and provide you with a comfortable stay. Early arrivals can disrupt this process and may result in a less than optimal experience for you and other guests. However, if you plan on arriving early, we encourage you to reach out to us in advance to inquire about the availability of early check-in options. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability and ensure a seamless experience for your stay.
