Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. They can also get a full refund within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. If they cancel between 15 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights. If they cancel less than 7 days before check-in, Host will be paid 100% for all nights

Rules
1. Trash Disposal
- Unfortunately, Aruba does not have recycling yet.
- All trash must be placed in bins located around the residence. Please do not leave trash and garbage exposed or in front of your room. Throw them in the small bins in the parking lot or in the big dumpster in front of the condominium complex. It is strictly forbidden to leave any garbage in the corridors.
2. Pool Usage:
- The pool is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please adhere to these hours for the safety and consideration of all guests and management.
- No glass or ceramic containers are allowed in the pool area. Please use plastic or other non-breakable containers.
- Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area. Shower before entering the pool to help maintain water quality.
- Hanging towels or clothing over the balcony railing is not permitted.
3. Gym Usage:
- The gym is open 24hrs.
- Always use a towel, return all equipment to its designated place, and wipe down machines after use.
- Proper workout attire is required, street clothes, swimwear, and bare feet are not allowed. Food, smoking, alcohol, and glass containers are also prohibited.
- Children under the age of 12 are not allowed, children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the gym.
- The gym is accessible with the parking card provided. In the event of a lost card, a replacement fee of $100 will be charged to the guest.
4. Tennis Court Usage:
- The beach tennis court is open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please adhere to these hours for the consideration of management.
- The tennis court is available by reservation only during management hours: Monday–Saturday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Reservations for the court and equipment can be made by passing by the front desk of the condominium complex between 8:30AM to 06:00 PM
5. Barbecue Usage:
- Please be so kind as to limit the use of the grills to 2 hours to allow the opportunity for others to enjoy as well.
- The barbecue is available by reservation only during management hours: Monday–Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Reservations for the barbecue can be made by passing by the front desk of the condominium complex between 8:30AM to 06:00 PM
6. Quiet Hours:
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours to respect the tranquility of the condominium complex.
- If playing music outside, please use headphones or keep the volume at a level that doesn't disturb neighbors.
7. Parking:
- Park only in designated areas. Do not block driveways or park on the grass or sidewalks.
- The parking lot is accessible with the parking card provided. In the event of a lost card, a replacement fee of $100 will be charged to the guest.
8. Smoking:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo or lobby. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts in designated containers and be mindful of others.
9. Guest Limit:
- The maximum number of guests allowed is mentioned. Visits are limited to the units and are not allowed to use the common areas.
10. Pets:
- No pets allowed.
11. Security and Locking:
- Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
- Report any security concerns or issues immediately to VacationAruba.
12. Check-out Instructions:
- Follow the provided check-out instructions for a smooth departure.
13. Emergency Information:
- In case of emergencies, contact Police 100, Fire or Ambulance 911.
14. Unauthorized Early Check-in
- We kindly remind you that unauthorized early check-in is not permitted. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure that every room is meticulously prepared to meet your expectations and provide you with a comfortable stay. Early arrivals can disrupt this process and may result in a less than optimal experience for you and other guests. However, if you plan on arriving early, we encourage you to reach out to us in advance to inquire about the availability of early check-in options. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability and ensure a seamless experience for your stay.
