A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. They can also get a full refund within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. 1. Trash Disposal:
- Unfortunately, Aruba does not have recycling yet.
- Trash collection day is once a week. Please place the trash in the green bins located outside, in front of the property on the right side by the driveway.
2. Pool Usagey
- The pool is open 24 hours. Please adhere to these hours for the safety and consideration of all guests.
- No glass containers are allowed in the pool area. Please use plastic or other non-breakable containers.
- Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area. Shower before entering the pool to help maintain water quality.
3. Quiet Hours:
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.
- If playing music or watching TV outside, please use headphones or keep the volume at a level that does not disturb neighbors.
4. Parking:
- Park only in designated areas, do not block driveways or park on the grass.
- Additional parking information: Free parking on the premises and free street parking
5. Smoking:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vacation home. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts in designated containers and be mindful of others.
6. Septic System:
- This property is equipped with a septic system. Avoid flushing sanitary products, hair, tissues, or paper towels to prevent damage and blockages.
7. Guest Limit:
- The maximum number of guests allowed is mentioned. Please inform us in advance if you plan to have additional guests.

- Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
